Both you and Larry are missing the obviuos solution.....

(That is, if you two guys even had an iPad.)

Either of you can just put your purse on the table, and use that
to prop up one end of it so it's at an angle.

If you place your thumbs on the table, that will prevent it from
sliding towards you off your purse.

There. Problem solved.

Or, Apple could go the Cisco route and make an iPad docking
station, but that defeats the entire purpose of a tablet now
doesn't it...

The case has three "positions" available for different viewing angles
(Only in landscape view though)
