C."'s spelling and grammatical quirks; she apparently has her own unique ideas about the evolution of language, specifically the derivation of words from their Latin, Greek, Germanic, and other roots. I plonked her completely because of her personality quirks (read "corrosive attitude"), but that's just me. If you can tolerate her "correcting" your perfectly standard English usage, so be it.
