It is more complex and relates to the whole, playground, playtimes and even after school in the street. Can you understand the following: One child (that's me folks) promises not to harass another (that's the kid that throws the rotten chewed gum) if the latter ceases to throw the disgusting contents of his mouth at me. If he does it to others, I won't come in. But if he does it to me, I will be on to him whenever it takes my fancy, not just when it comes my way.
