Thanks. (never heard of Rivet. I use Air Video for that) As do I, but since I own Rivet for XBox streaming (and the iPhone/iPad apps are free) I thought I'd give it a go. Certainly where the iPad is concerned it's nowhere near as good as Air Video. On the iPad app you can't even scrub, you have to start at the beginning. It also uses waaaaay more CPU than Air Video. I cleared the Safari open pages, rebooted in all the suggested ways. Nothing works. On 4.0.1 this infers that there is somehting that can be fixed.. it seems to me that the processor in the 3G is just just not powerful enough to take on 4 ... H
