(I mean /not/ upgraded - a fresh restore followed by the fresh install, which I understand is the correct method for a 3G). Although I didn't install 4.0 (because of the negative reports) I /have/ installed 4.0.1 - due to the many positive reports of it fixing the sluggish behaviour of 4.0.
