If my fading memory serves me correctly, you've been a fairly active
participant.

Her response (at first glance) sounded like it was too subtle, for her at
least.

I take grave exception to this remark. <g>

Just an update...

I went to the Apple place of worship today and bought a magic mouse.

Connecting it to the MacPro was no problem. I guess the poor bluetooth
problem was the fault of my handset, not the mac pro.

Ergonomically, the shape is definitely not as natural as that of the
mighty mouse. My mighty mouse is still connected, and my hand still
tends to instinctitly go and grab it. But the scrolling works wonders on
the new magic one. It will take some time to get used to its shape though.

Hopefully this magic mouse will outlive the furry mouse that lives
between the ceiling and floor and is uncatcheable.

It took me about a week or so to get used to the shape. Now I think
nothing of it. : )

Be prepared to take out a second mortgage for batteries.
