It won't even be around for well over three more years, and GPS is
already ubiquitous. It (Galileo) has lost before even arriving at the
gate.

That Poland has taken a different approach during the difficult
and long job of transforming their economic and political
infrastructure from Communist-based market to a Capitalistic market.
He gave enough pointers that could keep people studying for 20 years.
They seem to have an anomoly (compared to the way the US handles
things) which may or may not pose serious political problems in their
future.

And that's just from one paragraph that he wrote. Gossip has
a lot of information if you listen well.

On the contrary.

Galileo offers higher precision so can be used for entirely new applications.
