when it is detonated above ground, but you'd still wipe out a large area and
kill a lot of people if it is detonated on the ground. Tell you what, you
stand in whatever coastal city you choose, and we'll see how well you
survive a thermonuclear weapon detonated onboard a ship in the port.

Why do you think the Port Authority of every major port in the US routinely
checks containers for radiation?
