The Opposite of Courage is not Cowardice it is Conformity andother quotes related to Math
if you want to file for indecency, file one against yourself. Your actions are as indecent as they can be. adolf , vladimir i, joszef s, , benito m, would all be proud of how you put ethics and others' feelings aside in order to accomplish your goals. you don't like (what you consider to be) little things li... 24 Apr 2010 23:49

converting data points from linear to log
The overall problem I am solving is that I have numerous data sheets with graphs with different scales, log or linear and different ranges and I want to overlay them. I have written code (Python) to read in a BMP file format and extract the data points for the graphs. And I can easily convert linear coordinates. The p... 24 Apr 2010 01:36
line integrals
For scalar line integrals, geometrically speaking, when we integrate along a curve for some given function, we would end up with the area between the function and the curve we integrate over, which would produce a thin wall, yes? And for vector line integrals, we actually get the length of some curve? -- aeg... 23 Apr 2010 21:29
Chapter 2 Pictures of the Atom Totality; postscript-- redshift resolved & have Big Bangers ever heard of resonance? #18; ATOM TOTALITY
I have a picture of the 5f6 of Plutonium in the book THE ELEMENTS BEYOND URANIUM, Seaborg & Loveland, 1990, and page 73. Shape of the Cosmos is more important than the color of the Cosmos. And ever since I published and broadcast the Atom Totality theory starting in 1991 in newspaper and magazines and on the ... 23 Apr 2010 21:29
Chapter 2 Pictures of the Atom Totality; postscript-- redshift resolved #17; ATOM TOTALITY (Atom Universe) theory; replaces Big Bang theory
For a picture of the electron-dot-cloud, although it is not going to show you 10^60 dots, although we can start to see 10^60 dots by looking at the Night Sky of galaxies. Of course, the dots in the Night Sky are concentrated in stars and galaxies and not effused and spread out. This textbook which I have owned ... 23 Apr 2010 21:28

Equivalent (Intersection)Quadratic Forms necessary for Diffeomorphism.?
Bacle wrote: Hi, everyone: If X,X' are m-dimensional manifolds, it seems clear that if X,X' are diffeomorphic, then their intersection forms Q_X and Q_X' are isomorphic/equivalent (as quadratic forms.) It seems clear that the converse is true, i.e., that we must have Q_X equivalent to Q_X' (i.e,... 23 Apr 2010 18:00
