She said something along the lines of "Oh, well, I'm glad to hear that - most people say they eat everything and just never gain any weight!" And, in fact, I don't eat very much at a sitting - like I can have two slices of pizza, and I'm full. So I stick it in the fridge and have pizza for three days. ;-) But I do pop vitamin pills, and use half-KCl for salt, not as a weight or heart thing, but to maintain my electrolyte balance, which seems to be an important health thing.
