I bought mine (Rev B) in December 1998. It's still sitting on my desk
and runs fine.

Chinese, which was the correct way to display it given the headers ;-)

My beige G3 PowerMac was bought about July 1998 and is still in daily use
for both work and home use (the floppy drive doesn't work, but probably only
needs cleaning), as is the Epson printer bought at the same time. :-)

I can't fully agree. Wikipedia is one place to find links to real
stuff. (OTOH, scholar.google.com is better)

I'm not saying Wikipedia and IMDB are totally incorrect, but so much of it
is rubbish that it's not a trustworthy resource and should NEVER EVER be
relied on as a sole source. If you want real information you need to look
elsewhere.

The Internet Book List (http://www.iblist.com) shows how such a site
should be done - the users supply information, but that information is not
made live until it has actually been officially checked.

Of course every resource will have errors because they compiled by human
beings who can make mistakes, but the reliable ones are not used by morons
who think it's funny to post utter nonsense as "fact", which unfortunately
is far too many people on the Internet (just look at Loser Larry for a
"good" example of such an idiot).
