Yet Sinclair _did_ have a nasty habit of shipping computers either late, or
faulty, or both. I've no idea what the customer service was like (having
never dealt with them) but all the good customer service in the world will
only take you so far if the product is poor.

If you have to travel from London to Scotland (as I often do) it's worth
knowing that East Coast rail does not charge for wifi, but Virgin West Coast
does. It's not the price which is a problem so much as the hassle of having
to get your credit card accepted.

For me, this is enough to make me travel East Coast every time, and I've
written to both rail services to tell them so.
