I went to the doctor with a headache the other day, and between us, we decided that I needed a few days of antibiotic to cure my sinus infection. In an ideal world, yes. However, you'd better open your eyes, because Bush has been slowly dismantling a number of the checks-and-balances that the Constitution sets up.
