The bulk of your comments here belie that assertion.

From everything I've read, the Porsche Boxster is the best roadster. Used
ones should be relatively reasonably priced.

OK, you save $1 a day by not eating out. How long does it take you to save up
a 20% down payment on a $100,000 house?

If I remember correctly, what was Rover made Rover cars, Land Rover SUVs, and
MG cars (based on Rovers, plus a mid-engine model). BMW bought Rover, but
couldn't make a go of it. They sold Land Rover to Ford and Rover (including
MG) to a group of investors for a nominal amount (1 pound or such). That
company has now folded too and was sold to a Chinese company.
