Oddly, there are lots of Christians would disagree with this. Maybe Christianity (and no branch of it that I can think of) dictates what shoes you can buy, but Christianity _certainly_ passes judgement over peoples living styles. Now, making another unsupported statement does not act as support of the first statement. Can you, please, give me an idea of where I can find something that corroborates what you are saying about Islam dictating the shoes people can buy?
