I had 12 countries on my list. Somalia is apparently starting to deal with its problems on its own, now that the Cold War is out of their back yard. Libya is acting a bit better. I've heard rumors that Saudi Arabia is beginning a little bit. I don't get much information from the fUSSR sections. /BAH
