I read it twice in your post and figured that's what you meant.
Personally, (not that this is the "other choice"), I think money spent
to imprison people of that caliber of evil should instead be spent on
people that need it (like starving children) and to snuff the convict
out. I mean, that's a pretty extreme example of a criminal and you
think he should just be locked up post-trial because killing him
doesn't help anyone? Well, if I was a victim, I'd sure feel
vindicated. Say you were faced with a choice of executing Hitler and
giving the $5M it would cost to house him for life to people that need
it to live (and no longer suffer), or housing him because of your moral
views when you know what he did and that he is guilty. I'd rather see
someone else's life be saved that the money could be used for. Of
course, we don't have that choice anyway, so the debate is moot.

Please, at least admit you had the intent to insult, discredit, and mock
Sid. No one will fault you for it. Otherwise you're doing this
(posting your mock-up psych-profile) for what reason (based on some
nobody trolling usenet and you want to say it's accurate)?

My view on it, is if there is undeniable evidence, not just a jury that
decided they must have done it (but proof in the form of video or
something similarly worthy). Otherwise, I honestly don't know what to
think about the topic.

That was awesome.

It's you who is incapable of flexibility.
We've seen your waffle 500 times now, there is nothing more that needs to be
said to trounce your arguments into a messy puddle in the ground, so,
whether you like it or not, PREPARE FOR TOPIC DRIFT.
