Aether is detected every time a double slit experiment is executed.
Aether is detected in the Casimir Effect.

A particle in the aether displaces the aether, whether the particle is
at rest with respect to the aether, or not. The particle could be an

Explain how this is possible.

There is something incorrect with your 'understanding' of nature if
you can not answer such a simple question. Not being able to answer
such a simple question is evidence you do not understand the physics
of nature.
