Now that I think of it, that little ditty has deeper meaning. The described activities would indeed amuse the crowd, especially the children. The Left in the US, and probably even more in Europe, seems determined to be gloomy and angry and not have fun, and generally doesn't have children. Amusing the crowd is good, and being a clown is a worthy profession. John |
