They're also not greatly into things like personal freedom whereas
liberal/social democrats are.

I doubt BAH can understand the concept of the mixed economy.

Eugenics was once upon a time treated quite seriously.

The idea was to avoid the birth of more handicapped kids. Hardly an evil goal.
