Having a forced increase at the same time the agriculture crops are failing is the exact wrong thing to do at the wrong time. The gal who is Speaker of House knows this (she had an exception put in for the tuna processing plant on Guam(?)) but they passed the bill anyway. This was irresponsible and stupid and an attempt to distract their voters from noticing they do not have any plans to deal with this problem we are now discussing. /BAH |
