The muslims also just want to "fix" it to fit their model of what it
should be. If you crush a car melt it down and make several bicycles out
of it, I would argue you have destroeyed the car to make bicycles.

And that is the real rub. At the rate of growth in Irans use of oil and
their production, the lines cross in some 10 years time. At that time
they will stop exporting oil.

Perhaps this points out the real motive. If you prevent a modern society
from getting started in the middle east, you may reduce their energy
usage.

Which is of course why they want nuclear reartors. Oil exports bring in good
money.
