Hi all, A mate has just called to ask if I know of a way to put DVDss on an iPod. It's for their young son for when they go on holiday. They have both PC and Mac and happy to use whichever would do the job the easiest. So, is it just a matter of dragging the DVD onto iTunes, does that know to convert it mp4... 8 Jun 2010 12:36
More Macspotting
If you didn't watch 'Genius of design' on Beebeetwo tonight, do have a look on the iPlayer. Nothing you won't know, but the PARC/Apple/Ive story is nicely told; lots of good pictures and good talk. 'They could go on all night; that's what designers do.' -- Peter ... 4 Jun 2010 15:54

iCal keyboard commands
Warning: Whinge ahead. Every time I try to use iCal in earnest it pisses me off. It just feels like a kindergarten manager has put it together and never actually used it, plus the most useful commands aren't documented. 1. I want to use the keyboard to edit events. Cmd-E to edit, but how do you close the edit... 6 Jun 2010 07:16
