The short code is 82023 which the customer should text the word STOP if he so wishes. " and from my first reply on the thread: "Thus is the company you need to pursue 2 Ergo Ltd 4th Floor, Digital World Centre 1 Lowry Plaza, The Quays Salford M50 3UB 0844 579 6370 customer.services(a)2ergo.com as found at http://www.phonepayplus.org.uk/output/check-a-numbâer.aspx" Yes, giffgaff later made the mistake of finding PlanetCalling via internet searches, perhaps as they probably can't analyse the message for data protection reasons. You didn't actually say you'd contacted 2ergo until at least 2 weeks later, and until then made a point of repeatedly refusing to do so. Apparently the advice to contact 2ergo, which I gave, and said Phonepayplus would also give, has been born out as useful and is working, according to your other recent posts So perhaps you'd at last quit these graceless personal attacks, lying about the help and advice I tried to give

As I keep telling you, the contract is between myself and giffgaff. Ask yourself what would have happened if all this had ended up in County Court, not that it would of course. However, one of the first things the court would have asked for is a copy of the contract or agreement between myself and 2ergo. There isn't one. giffgaff incorrectly took money from my account, so I'm pretty sure the court would tell me I need to pursue them. -- Martin Jay Back the Ban: <http://www.backtheban.com/> League Against Cruel Sports: <http://www.league.org.uk/>

You wasted a lot of time (and some money) dreaming up a non-existent contract I have with 2ergo and PhonepayPlus, while totally ignoring the real one I have with giffgaff. -- Martin Jay Back the Ban: <http://www.backtheban.com/> League Against Cruel Sports: <http://www.league.org.uk/>
