Mosfet 7.5% increase in RDSON between 25C and 100C
Anybody hear of a mosfet that only has a 7.5% increase in RDSON between 25C and 100C. Because according to ST the STD15NF10 is just such a mosfet. I'm guessing this is a typo. Data sheet pg7 figure 11. http://www.st.com/stonline/products/literature/ds/7080.pdf ... 14 Jan 2010 11:17

A digital design question
I'm playing around with some 7400 series logic, trying to teach myself the basics of digital design. I've been able to come up with a working circuit for a 24 hour digital clock easily, but I'm struggling trying to think of a way to make a 12 hour clock. Specifically my problem is the reset of the hours counte... 18 Jan 2010 04:16

Q of passive audio equaliser
Suppose you have a simple pot divider consisting of two equal value resistors, say 10K each. Across the upper one you connect a series LC circuit that resonates at 3KHz or thereabouts. If you drive this network from a low impedance source and plot the response across the bottom resistor, the Q of the resulting ... 13 Jan 2010 12:05

Custom LCDs
There were several requests for LCD info here. This http://linnix.com/lcd will handle "standard" small screens (3" to 5", upto 256x160).
