Blue LED at 3.3V

VGA monitor alignment software?
I remember back in Win95, there was a utility to calibrate a (CGA) CRT monitor. Anybody know if there is something similar buried in XP? Haven't found it yet. I am searching for a portable (low cost) data acquisition system with minimum 4 analog channels and 200 ksamples/sec. simultaneous sampling.
