I really don't know. Some of the buttons gave correct info in the
utility and some did nothing. The utility identified my printer OK, and
the USB port was correct, because when it isn't, nothing workse, but
when I clicked on Main and Platen under "Clear waste", nothing happened.
Other buttons were suggested but they created error messages.

Did you have a printer which gave an error onscreen when you tried to
print and which said "waste ink absorber almost full"? and did you reset
your printer successfully? I never had that message on my printer till a
couple of weeks ago.
