Yes, but thats just the first set you get in the printer when you buy
it. From then on, you have to buy carts yourself, and all printers
include cartridges when you buy the printer, many with more
expensive carts than the 4000.

BCI 24 is 10 ML for black and 4.8 ML per color, not quite as bad as
above, but the 4000 color tanks are bigger, and I imagine the 4200 is
the same volume of
inks as the 4000.
The 4000 - colors are 16 ML per color and small black and 29 ML for
large black.

A little less color than the BCI 24, and 2 ml larger for black, but
pretty much the same as the IP1500 and it has no Staples compatibles.

Canon is 25ml and 14ml. Your Officemax branded tanks are 29ml and
16ml. These are atypical sizes. You can expect an extra 80 pages out
of the officemax big black tank.

I think you are quoting me above though you didn't put my name and my
memory is shot :)
I was quoting Staples carts. Isn't the volume for Canon carts the same.
On the closeup of the box on Staples site, I cant see how much is in the
carts.
The 4000 Staples carts are 16 ml for each color and small black. The
large black is 29 ml. We don't have any Officemax stores.
