No, the smart choice is to repent of sins. However, atheists claim
that nothing they do is sin, so they are not going to repent.

oh, you missed something.... hmmm, well, I'll make it short.

Gods are from the old school... Magic had many updates since the time
of Gods. Now we know it's much more complex... Even only an
Intelligence (e.g. died Human) is a part of all. With Arch-Angels,
Angels, Guardian-Angel, principalities etc etc etc etc....

The Catholic Church, on the other hand, tried to merge it with as many
different contemporary religions as possible, in order to make
Christianity an easier pill to swallow for "pagan" worshippers. At least
the Gnostics had the style to call on classical influences!
