You can take a modified VW chasis and fit it with a nice fiberglass kit and with a little bondo and a little American know how, fit it with one of the many HHO or Oxyhydrogen or Brown's Gas kits and presto, you have a Porscht that runs on aqua fresca. And gets 100 mpg! For under 3 grand. Throw in a paint job, racing stripes, some fat boy tires, dual smitty's, and you are ready for sunset strip.
