Well, scientists in sci.physics.relativity are making trillions of
dollars in public revenues for research for the equations they have.
They are not going to want some simpler equations from a welder with a
high school education.

You know, all the small countries surrounding Russia could not survive
well due to problem of each.
Their destination rest upon the resourceful of their land and their
people. They are too small to do much.
Now since their independence and democracy, we don't see much progress
as well. In fact, we notice they are more religious, but, that is the
"black hole" when money and resources are put to waste.
